A Day to Remember

     Annually, Ilocos Sur National High School celebrates its foundation day. It is the most awaited event of every students in ISNHS. It is the time to commemorate the birth or founding of ISNHS. There's an activity or contest that involves all of the students of ISNHS, the field demo.
   
     The field is set and all of the students are enjoying the day with laughter, excitement and enjoyment. Each grade level, boys and girls, performed their number in the middle of the field. The heat from the sun that touches their skins. That was nothing compared to their practices. It was fun,  it really was. If you can just see the smiles and laughters of the students, it was all worth it. All of the sacrifices of the students especially the teachers who made the event possible.  It was paid off not by money but the joy it gave to the students. In the end, there is only one winner for boys and one winner for girls. For those who loses, better luck next year. For the teachers, you were all winners and they were so proud of you. Because you all did your best and satisfy them with your beautiful performances.
   
    It is not always the winners who really wins.  It is the ones who did their best and enjoyed what they are doing.  The ones that can still smile even If they lose. It is not just studying that is taught or what we do in school. We socialize, showcase our talents, and gain new friends.

Buhay na Bayani

Tema: Gurong Flipino, turo mo kinabukasan ko.      Ang ating mga guro o titser ay mga katulong natin sa ating kumunidad sa paghubog sa ating mga anak. Sila ang pangalawang mga magulang ng mga bata sa paaralan. Tumutulong sila upang mapausbong nila ang mga kaalaman ng mga bata hindi lamang sa teknikal na kaalaman kundi sa paghubog sa kanila ng kagandahang asal na hanggang sa kanilang pagtanda ay kanilang taglay.Hindi lamang mga lumaban at namatay ang maituturing nating bayani dahil ang ating mga guro ay maituturing natin silang mga buhay na bayani dahil sa kanilang sakripisyo, tiyaga at higit sa lahat walang sawang pang-unawa sa kanilang mga estyudante. The Key to a Brighter Future

           The adults and the youths believe that "Education is the key to success". Because in school, we learn how to read, write, count, etc. It all starts in reading because through reading, we gain new knowledge and lessons. Reading is also very enjoyable and interesting to do because of the entertainment and joy it gives us in every book or article we read.      We must also consider reading as a hobby because it can nourish our current knowledge and grow. We can read books in our free time. Me as a student, reading books is really convenient and useful. When I can't understand a lesson, I read books or articles containing those lessons I can't understand later on, little by little, I can already understand the lesson.
